Omega 3 oils and Achilles Tendonitis

Muscles converge into a hard fiber that moves bone.  The tendon from your heel to the calf muscles is called the Achilles Tendon – after Achilles who could no longer walk once his was cut.

When this is injured it takes time to heal and you are down able to walk.

I was surprised because the researchers in the April edition of the Journal Medicine had not thought of Omega 3 oils for soft tissue injury. They knew about Omega 3 for cardiovascular protection with anti inflammatory properties, but had not thought of recovery.

This is why we use EPA/DHA from Perque and Clinical Omega from Anabolic.  Both are pure oil that has not oxidized.
