Dr. Brian McGuckin Laboratory Nutrition Chiropractic Internist New Patient Consultation
You don’t need to have all the answers before your first visit. That’s what the conversation is for. Maybe you’ve been dealing with recurring joint discomfort, fatigue, stress, or another concern and want to understand your options. Or perhaps you’ve tried care elsewhere and aren’t sure what to do next.
When new patients come to our practice, they meet with Dr. Brian McGuckin, D.C., DABCI, for an unhurried conversation before deciding what, if anything, comes next. The emphasis is on listening. You’ll have time to explain what you’ve been experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope to learn. Dr. McGuckin can then consider whether further examination or testing may be appropriate as part of his whole-body, natural approach.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
When you call, the team will determine whether a 30- or 45-minute consultation is appropriate. You’ll know the cost in advance: $100 for 30 minutes or $150 for 45 minutes. We are a cash-based office, so payment is due at the time of your visit. The team is happy to file insurance on your behalf. You can download and complete your paperwork beforehand or fill it out when you arrive. Then you’ll sit down with Dr. McGuckin at a round table and talk. If he recommends additional examination or testing, he’ll explain what he recommends and what it costs. You don’t have to decide on the spot. You’re welcome to schedule the next step or take some time to think about it and call back.
No Pressure to Commit to Care
Some patients arrive after a previous experience left them hesitant about another lengthy treatment plan or large upfront payment. Others simply want to understand what a natural, drug-free approach might look like for them. Either way, this consultation is a chance to ask questions and hear Dr. McGuckin’s perspective before deciding whether his approach feels right for you. If you have previous laboratory results, bring them along. They can provide helpful background as he reviews your history and concerns.
See If Our Approach Is Right for You
